You retain all rights to data you input. Generated synthetic data is provided "as-is" and can be used freely for your legitimate purposes.

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users

GenMock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GenMock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The synthetic data generated by our service is not subject to copyright and may be used freely.

GenMock is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from use of our service
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccuracies in generated data
• Third-party actions or content

⚠️ Important: Always validate generated data before use in production systems. GenMock is intended for development and testing purposes.

We plan to introduce premium features including:

• Higher generation limits and faster processing
• AI-powered ML datasets with labels and classifications
• One-click API hosting and deployment
• Advanced customization and team collaboration

Premium services will have separate terms and pricing, which will be clearly communicated before launch.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
